For the 2021/22 season I will be the goaltending coach for the Rochester Institute of Technology Men's NCAA Division 1 hockey team. I am looking forward to working with the current and incoming goaltenders, building a development model for them, preparing them for new exciting challenges, and a run at a conference championship.
We have teamed up with Verbero Hockey. Verbero will be our supplier for all equipment and apparel for Madolora Consulting and Development. This season we joined the Nazareth NCAA D3 Women's hockey team as goaltending coach and consultant to the staff. This 2020-21 season saw their goaltenders improve tremendously from 2019-20 season.
The goaltenders finished the 2020-21 regular season statistically:
-.969 Save %
-0.57 GAA
-.857 Win %
In 2020-21 we handled the goaltending development for the Rochester Edge Girls Organization. Every month we ran goaltending specific skills clinics for the entire organization.
In the upcoming 2021-22 season we will be expanding on last years development model with adding more goaltending specific clinics. The Edge goaltenders saw an attention to detail and development of the position that IS UNRIVALED by any other girls organization in the area.
In 2020-21 we handled the goaltending development for the Canandaigua Knights Organization. We ran weekly and monthly goaltending specific clinics for the organization which ended with a rise in numbers and amounts of players in the organization trying the position and making the switch to become goaltenders.
In the upcoming 2021-22 season we will be expanding on our goaltending clinic series for the organization as well as helping with skill development with the organizations players as a whole!
We are excited to have entered a multi year agreement with Webster Cyclones Youth Hockey Association as we head into the 2021-22 season! With the organization we will be handling all goaltending development and organization consulting for the coaching staffs of each team within the organization. We are excited to begin work with Webster in the coming years!
